Raised in a military family, Aidan developed a deep sense of discipline, integrity, and service values that continue to shape how he works with clients today.
 
Licensed at just 19, he began his real estate career early and quickly built a reputation for professionalism, persistence, and results.

Early in his career, Aidan was part of the Luczak Real Estate Group, one of Colorado’s top-performing teams, which was recognized as the #2 team in the state after surpassing $99M in production in 2021 and $102M in 2022. That experience helped shape his understanding of high-level marketing, negotiation, and client service.
 
Today, as the founder of Innovative Moves, Aidan focuses on providing a modern, strategic real estate experience built on strong communication, thoughtful marketing, and personalized guidance. He believes buying or selling a home is one of life’s most important financial decisions, and his goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and successful from start to finish.
